Taking care of your body on every fundamental level is the most important act of self care. From the food you eat, the sleep you get, how often you move to the quality of your breath and the content you consume.

Proper self care is how we take our power back!

In this workshop, Gabby Marchese will help you redefine your idea of self care and learn to nurture yourself in a holistic way from an Ayurvedic perspective. You will  be introduced to Ayurveda and the doshas, as well as taking away practical lifestyle tips to incorporate new self care practices in your daily life.

I will lead you through Transcendent Breathwork, designed to awaken your full potential and improve your mental and physical wellbeing. This breathwork practice can help you detoxify your body, boost your immune system, increase your energy levels, reduce anxiety and depression, better manage daily stress levels, sleep more deeply and restoratively and increase brain power for better focus.

Our own health and vitality lays the foundation for everything else in our lives to blossom. Redefining self care as not something extra, but something essential, is an important part of optimizing our lives and well-being. Prioritizing nurturing our minds and bodies and making our daily decisions based on that ideal helps us show up to all aspects of our lives from a whole, centered and fulfilled place.
