MALA MAKING EXPERIENCE

Each participant will create their own piece of art! We will discuss the history of Malas & how they can aide in your meditation practice or serve as a daily reminder of your spiritual intentions. I’ll guide you through a chakra opening meditation and we’ll go over the properties of the gorgeous gemstones.

DETAILS

Please allow 1.5 hours for bracelets and 3 hours for Mala necklaces. The experience will be customized to your needs. Options available to enhance your event are breathwork, reiki, meditation and movement.
