Shawna Rogers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your item has been shipped, received and given tracking information, it is out of my hands and the responsibility of USPS. If you're concerned about a package in transit, please contact your local post office.

This is a small business, solely operated by the chief creator, Shawna. I spend a great deal of time sourcing my gemstones and supplies and buy in small quantities so that each mala is unique to the wearer. I design each creation and knot each bead by hand. I take it a step further by cleansing and activating all gemstones and then infusing your Mala with reiki energy. I am unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please ask questions prior to your purchase as all sales are final.
REPAIRS
if your mala breaks within the first 30 days, I will fix & restring it for free. please contact me for details.
Every Mala necklace is hand knotted on 100% silk thread. I don’t recommend getting it wet or wrapping it around your wrist. That will stretch out the silk and compromise the integrity of your custom piece.
I take great care to insure your jewelry is packed and shipped properly, however, accidents happen. If your piece arrives damaged, please take a photo and email it to me.
I look forward to holding space for every single person that books an event with Me. Cancellations made more than one week before an event date will be fully refundable. Refunds cannot be issued for cancellations within 1 weeks of event date or no-shows. I understand that no one books an event with the intention of cancelling, and so if it is completely out of your control, please contact Me to discuss.
