In this workshop you'll learn how to make a Mala necklace, how to charge it with your energy and intention and how you can use it in your daily practice. Each Mala is created with 108 beautiful gemstones and hand-knotted in-between each stone. You'll learn the energetic and healing properties of the stone you pick and how to infuse with your intentions.

In this 3-hour workshop you'll:

• Create your own Mala necklace

• Guided meditation and intention setting for your Mala Beads

• Learn about the history of Mala beads and how they can be used

• Spend time in community
